This information was obtained from one of two suspected al Qaeda collaborators arrested in France this week who was a physicist working at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland.

The ECHR in Strasbourg ruled last week that the presence of crucifixes “violates a child’s right to freedom of religion.” According to the judgement, the court found that the “compulsory display of crucifixes violated parents’ rights to educate their children as they saw fit and restricted the right of children to believe or not to believe.”
The move was obviously brought as a result of the increasing number of Islamic children in European schools as that group steadily outbreeds indigenous Europeans and colonises the Continent. Although the ruling was made with specific reference to schools in Italy, the precedent which it has now set can easily be applied throughout the EU.
A “human rights group” called Helsinki Monitor has already formally started proceedings against the Greek government, using the Italian case as a precedent. It has demanded that Greek courts remove icons of Jesus Christ from above 
the judge’s bench and that the gospel no longer be used for swearing oaths in the witness box. According to reports, Helsinki Monitor is urging trade unions to challenge the presence of religious symbols in Greek schools.
The ECHR ruling has been met with harsh criticism across Italy, and responses have included suggestions of holding a referendum on the subject.
Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi derided the ruling, stating that Italy is not bound to adhere to it. Mr Berlusconi went so far as to say that even if Italy loses its appeal, he considers it to be disrespectful and that Italy would not be coerced into upholding it.
It remains to be seen how he expects to counter an EHRC ruling when Italy is firmly tied into the new EU constitution which has transferred such powers to the bureaucrats in Brussels. It can also therefore not be too long before the “Church of England” name of many schools in Britain is also challenged. LINK

The Rally will be held at the Dorrian Commons Park, lying East and immediately adjacent to the Franklin County Courthouse, where Rifaq Bary’s Juvenile CourtHearings will be held later in the day. For those wishing to attend that public hearing, assuming room in the Courtroom, hearings are scheduled to begin at __.__ _.m.
Courthouse Address. The Franklin County Courthouse is located at 373 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
By Automobile. The Franklin County Courthouse lies just East of the intersection of Interstate highways I-70 and I-71, off of exit 100A on I-70 (near the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers). Exit the freeway North, just a block until W. Mound Street, and turn East, to your right onto W. Mound. Drive East on W. Mound for just 4 blocks until you reach South High Street. Turn South, to your right, and you will see the Courthouse and rally site.
High Street, by the way, is the dividing line between E. & W. Columbus, so don’t be alarmed if you see streets with E. & W. designations: things are literally just “across the street” from each other, in relation to all of the events described herein.
Event Parking. The Courthouse is served by several large parking lots immediately to the North across W. Mound Street. The parking lot is bound on the West by S. Front Street, to the North by Main Street (which appears to be Ohio Highway 62), and to the East by S. High Street, upon which the Franklin County Courthouse fronts.
Another major parking lot lies to the North of the event, north and south between E. Main Street and E. Rich Street, and east and west on South High and South 3rd.
Hotel Accomodations. Here’s a link to help you look for travel accommodations. Less than a block North of the Courthouse, and immediately to the South of the large parking lot described above, there is the Westin Columbus Hotel on the Southeast corner of the intersection of South High and East Main.

The British are rightly enraged that Olympic security chiefs have ruled out using the Army to protect competitors and spectators at the 2012 Olympic Games – and instead will rely on thousands of teenagers taking a 30-hour events safety course.
The move has provoked anger among military figures, who believe Army expertise is needed to ensure the London Olympics are safe from a potential terrorist outrage. It also comes after Army Chief of Staff, General Sir David Richards, said worry over Olympic security ‘kept him awake at night’. Whitehall sources have revealed that the military will be called upon only to carry out ‘niche roles’.
The task of protecting the Olympic Park will rely on private security staff and 6,000 16 to 19-year-olds taking a specially developed BTEC qualification. The military would be required only in ‘extreme situations’ where Special Forces troops might be needed. (When would that be – AFTER Palestinian terrorists have killed a bunch of athletes?)
The Level 2 BTEC diploma would give young people 30 hours of training in ‘keeping people safe at events’, ‘communicating’ and ‘dealing with large numbers of people’.
Official documents say: ‘The Home Office, the police and public will be given confidence that a secure, vetted, licensed and trained supply line of labour will be available to the appointed private security contractors to support stewarding and carry out other important tasks at the Games.’
Speaking at a conference on Olympic Security last week, Security Minister Lord West said the Olympics presented the ‘greatest security challenge’ since the Second World War. (And they think teenagers can best protect the public against those security challenges?) The level of terrorist threat is expected to be severe, the second-highest level, he added.

France will issue recommendations against full face veils but not pass a law barring Muslim women from wearing them.
Andre Gerin, chairman of a parliamentary inquiry into use of full face veils in France, reluctantly ruled out a ban one day after President Nicolas Sarkozy repeated his conviction that ‘France is a country that has no place for the burqa’.
France banned Muslim headscarves in state schools in 2004 following a similar inquiry and looked set to bring in an outright ban on veils covering the whole face, such as burqas or niqabs, when it launched the panel last June at the request of Gerin, a Communist deputy from Lyon.
But at its weekly hearings, legal experts, local officials, Muslim leaders and even some militant secularists have told the deputies on the panel that a ban could be anti-constitutional, counterproductive and impossible to enforce.
Gerin, who denounces the head-to-toe veils as ‘walking coffins,’ told Europe 1 radio: ‘We’ll end up with recommendations … not a law in itself against the burqa, maybe a symbolic law, a law of liberation (of women).’ Backing off from a complete ban, he said the panel might propose ‘radical measures’ to ban full face veils in municipal hospitals and other public institutions, but gave no details.
France, whose five million Muslims make up Europe’s largest Islamic minority, has been criticised in the Muslim world for considering a burqa ban. French Islamic community leaders have warned against passing a law that would stigmatise Muslims. (Or else what? You’ll riot and burn cars in the streets?)

A Rochester MUSLIM man is in custody after a police chase down several Rochester streets. In his statement to police, he said he drank six cans of Budweiser in an hour. Then he started using swear words, cussing police and government. He said, “Ben Franklin was stupid. He should have made it so you *expletives* can’t swerve the law. The Muslims will fix this country.”
Muthana is facing five counts of second-degree assault, DWI and reckless driving. He is accused of injuring six people. They are 21-year-old Dominick Nicholson, 20-year-old Tyrese Beard, 40-year-old James Pross, 50-year-old Debra Hollis, 25-year-old Luis Cruz and 49-year-old Diane Neil. All are Rochester residents.

Police tried to stop Muthana but he did not stop and then struck the officer’s vehicle. A slow-speed pursuit ensued down various streets in southwest Rochester. LAHORE: A man slaughtered a girl after her parents did not agree to their marriage in Shafiqabad police precincts on Thursday. According to police, the accused, Irshad, wanted to marry Shamim and had been asking her parents for a long time. The girl’s father, Malik Fazal Elahi, a resident of Bund Road, refused to get his daughter married to him. On Wednesday, he entered the girl’s house in the absence of other family members. Upon his failure to convince her for marriage, Irshad attacked her with a dagger and slit her throat. Among the few belongings that Major Nidal Malik Hasan didn’t give away, and left behind in his Casa del Norte apartment near Fort Hood, was his stash of prescription and over-the-counter medications which included an old bottle of an anti-HIV drug called Combivir.
Hasan’s prescription was dated 2001. At that time, he would have been at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md., where he was studying medicine tuition-free, a benefit of his enlistment in the Army. The prescription, as a photograph shows, appears to have been filled by Wilford Hall Medical Center at the U.S. Air Force Base in Lackland, Texas.
Approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 1997, Combivir was the first pill to combine HIV drugs, and it contained the first-ever agent approved for the treatment of AIDS — zidovudine (better known as AZT) as well as lamivudine (3TC). Both drugs were part of the first class of medications used to fight HIV, and until recently, they formed the backbone of combination therapy against HIV.

In recent days Santanchè had appealed against the burqa as an act of solidarity and witness for the tragic death of the young Sanaa killed by her father for his affair with an Italian boy.
